Position: Sr. Sales Executive & Key Account Manager- Sales
Experience: 1 to 10 years
CTC: range: 2LPA- 3.60 LPA for Sr. Sales Eecutive
5- 7.0 LPA for KAM-Sales

Create, handle and nurture Large Accounts for various automation Projects.
Selling automation solutions /products of a significant high value to different verticals like Automotive, FMCG Pharma, BFSI, Logistics and Healthcare etc.
Engaged in end to end sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, requirement gathering, aligning with pre-sales for solution design, proposal drafting, negotiating, order closing, execution and collecting payments
Fast learner and passion for sales
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Travelling to visit potential clients
Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
Managing and interpreting customer requirements
Recording and maintaining client contact data
Co-ordinating sales projects
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team to achieve better results
